Sally Lamperti Real Estate

Sally Lamperti has more than 15 years of experience as a Commercial SBA Real estate Lender, Mortgage Broker, and Secondary Market Loan Specialist. Sally and her husband Capt. Bob Lamperti also owned and operated a backcountry and offshore fishing business and a scuba and snorkel business in the Florida Keys for 17 years. Early in Sally’s career, she was chosen to represent and lobby for the state of GA for small business concerns and was nominated Small Business Advocate of the Year. Sally has given many lectures to various universities and interest groups, and has been a guest on numerous radio talk shows concerning small business. Capt. Bob had a weekly radio talk show on fishing and diving in the Keys. Sally and Bob moved to Pickens County two years ago so the Captain could receive treatment with the Carolina Cancer Treatment Center. Unfortunately, Captain Bob eventually succumbed to Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Sally is very excited and optimistic about her new appointment as Loss Mitigation Specialist with Access Realty. With her experience in finance, she will lend herself to the market of distressed properties with a goal of 97% of work outs on short sales and pre-foreclosures.
